Hells Angels Leader Enters Guilty Plea

The president of the local chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang pleaded guilty Wednesday to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Guy Castiglione, 39, of Lakeside faces at least five years and as many as 40 in federal prison, his attorney, James Warner, said.
Castiglione’s girlfriend, Kathleen Pirelli, 22, also of Lakeside, pleaded guilty to using a phone to facilitate a drug transaction.
Sentencing in U.S. District Court was set for March 5. Both defendants remain in custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
