The “Murder Mystery Evening” held at the Airporter Inn Hotel in Irvine on Feb. 10 raised an estimated $7,200 for the Mariposa Women’s Center. Joyce Woods was chairwoman.
“A Taste of Huntington Beach” dinner held at the Huntington Beach Central Library on Feb. 11 raised an estimated $15,000 for the Huntington Beach Library Patrons Foundation. Betty Karbo was chairwoman.
