‘Daisy’ Drives Into Video Stores: “Driving Miss Daisy,” this year’s Academy Award-winning movie for best picture, will pull into video stores in August with a retail price tag of $92.95, an indication that it’s being targeted for the rental, not sales market by Warner Home Video. The film, starring Oscar-winners Jessica Tandy and Morgan Freeman, has grossed more than $102 million domestically and is expected to be one of 1990’s strongest rental attractions in the cassette market.
