LONG BEACH YUPPIES: So-called yuppie boxing returns to Long Beach this week after an absence of several months. The five-bout event, which caters to the “coat-and-tie crowd,” according to the promoters, begins at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
