United to Delay Chicago Flight Changes: United Airlines said it will obey a temporary restraining order, issued by a federal judge, that prohibits it from changing departure times on about 140 flights from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. American Airlines had sued United, charging that the schedule changes violated federal rules. United said it expects the new schedule to be approved by the Federal Aviation Administration by Friday. A court hearing on the matter is scheduled for Sept. 4.
