CF Income Partners LP, Los Angeles, has named Jeffrey H. Lynford as president and chief executive of CF Management Corp., the general partner of CF Income Partners. Lynford is the chairman of Wellsford Group Inc., an affiliate of Wellsford Capital Partners, which acquired 20% of CF Management Corp. late last year. Before the formation of Wellsford, Lynford worked as an investment banker for Bear, Stearns & Co. and A. G. Becker Paribas.
