Firm Sued Over Wine Bottle Holder: International Corp., a Canoga Park firm, has pilfered a patent on a wine bottle holder and is selling the product illegally, a federal suit alleges. Creative Cellars Inc. in Ft. Washington, Md., and Petty Settles & Lawson, a Pleasanton, Calif., marketing consultant, claim to hold patent rights on the bottle support, which they began marketing in 1985 under the trademark Bottle Butler.
