Many Bidders for U.S. Oil: Thirty-three offers have come in to buy the 5 million barrels of oil to be released from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the Energy Department reported. The identities of the bidders will be released Tuesday and winners will be named Wednesday or Thursday. Most of the oil is expected to be delivered in November.
