Anchor Pad International named Neil J. Stewart president and chief operating officer of the Ventura-based concern, which makes security systems for computers and other office equipment.

Stewart previously was Anchor Pad’s general manager. Anchor Pad was acquired two months ago for an undisclosed price by a group that included Anchor Pad’s management and Ivie Industries.
