GB Foods Projects Earnings: GB Foods Corp., which operates the Green Burrito chain of fast-service, Mexican-style restaurants, said it expects to report earnings of $259,000 for the year ended Dec. 31. Revenue is expected to be $5.7 million, which the company said was in line with its earlier projections. The Anaheim-based company said it expects 1991 sales to hit $20 million. The company’s 35 restaurants are in Southern California.
