Ross to San Diego: When Diana Ross last played San Diego in 1983, her concert was at the 10,000-plus-seat Sports Arena. Now Bill Silva Presents is bringing her back to town Sept. 26--this time to perform at the much more intimate Starlight Bowl, which seats just 4,500. She’ll sing classics from every decade of her career, as well as highlights from her newest album “The Force Behind the Power.” Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Sunday at all TicketMaster locations.
