Abortion and Birth Control

I am continually amazed at why, in a democracy, decisions concerning women are made by men. I am referring to the gag rule on abortion directed toward teen-agers and poor women.
Half of the population (including many voters) are women. They should be just as valuable as men. If women had the power, men might be in for a few surprises!
