Jacoby has been named vice president of the new national/multinational accounts division at Corroon & Black Insurance Services of Southern California, a Pasadena-based subsidiary of Willis Corroon Corp. Jacoby was formerly vice president of Jardine Risk Management Inc., a Los Angeles insurance firm.
