Spaulding Suit

The gratuitous use of Susan Bray’s photograph seems inappropriate with stories such as the one on former Planning Director Robert Spaulding’s suit against the city (“Ex-Planning Chief Files Suit Against City,” Sept. 27).
By putting her picture with the story, it makes it look like she caused the problem, when in fact, the judgment of the city attorney, the mayor, the City Council and other city officials are really the issue.
