Canadian Sen. Ray Perrault, who is on the advisory board of the Vancouver Canadians of the triple-A Pacific Coast League, said his group has been approached by Paul Schell, a member of the Seattle port authority, about putting about one-third of the financially strapped Mariners’ 1993 home games in B.C. Place, Vancouver’s domed stadium.
