Re: South Bay Civic Light Opera.
After reading the article in your paper, I must applaud the mayor and City Council of Redondo Beach for allowing a professional musical theater to start in the South Bay.
My hand is out to the people who can foresee the potential and also to the genius of James Blackman, who contrived the idea to bring professional musical theater to the South Bay area and give us a well-needed and a long overdue shot of culture.
My congratulations to all persons involved in this venture.
