HOT PROPERTY? Big-ticket houses belonging to famous athletes aren’t exactly moving quickly either. . . . While celebrity ownership draws lots of looks, “it doesn’t add much to the resale value,” says Karyn Schonherz, an Anaheim Hills broker who has handled the sale of a half-dozen such homes. Free agent Bert Blyleven, for instance, can’t sell his Villa Park manse. The baseball connection didn’t help, says broker Ron Accornero: “A lot of realtors came to look, but . . . he still owns it.”
