TV Talk: Good news for “Matlock” fans--the show will be back in the fall--but on another network. ABC has signed the series starring Andy Griffith, which was canceled by NBC last week, because it did not deliver young audiences coveted by advertisers. . . . Also at ABC: interviewees on Barbara Walters’s 11th pre-Academy Awards special March 30 include Tom Cruise, Michelle Pfeiffer and Anthony Hopkins.
