Philadelphia Phillie first baseman Ricky Jordan, who suffered a broken jaw on March 11 when hit in the face with a line drive during batting practice in spring training, will be activated from the disabled list, the Phillies announced. Also, Wes Chamberlain has been optioned to triple-A Scranton-Wilkes Barre of the International League.
