Fulbright Winner to Study in Germany

Thad Winters, a senior at Occidental College, has been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for a year of study in Germany.
A diplomacy and world affairs major, Winters will receive his bachelor of arts degree next month.
His German research will be on the political effects of reunification on labor unions, especially in eastern Germany.
