Unocal Sells Certain Terminal Operations: The Los Angeles-based oil company said its Union Oil Co. of California subsidiary has signed definitive agreements for the sale of Unocal’s distribution terminal operations in the southeastern United States to Louis Dreyfus Energy Corp. for an undisclosed price. Upon closing, Louis Dreyfus will assume control of Unocal’s interest in 24 terminals throughout the Southeast. Unocal will retain ownership of its Savannah, Ga., lubricant plant and terminal.
