*** Uncle Tupelo, “Still Feel Gone,” Rockville. Despite the link to Elvis Presley’s birthplace in its name, this Midwest rock group is more aligned with the country emotion of Hank Williams as filtered through Neil Young. The closest contemporary parallel may be the Gear Daddies--and the best of this album, with its introspective examinations, ranks on an equally high level.
