The Pacoima Coordinating Council has presented community service awards to Capt. Tim McBride and the Foothill Division of the Los Angeles Police Department, the Boys & Girls Club of the San Fernando Valley, Calvary Baptist Church and the Black American Political Assn. of California. The council presented the awards at its annual installation and awards luncheon June 4 at the Mandarin King Restaurant in Northridge.
