STAR SINGER: It may seem a dubious honor, but Newport Beach singer Susan Jeske is in a “Guinness Book of World Records” quest--for singing the national anthem more often that anyone else in 24 hours. She started Friday night at Knott’s Berry Farm and wraps up tonight at the AmericaFest over at the Rose Bowl. In between, she is booked for 15 other events. She’s collecting pledges for the Make a Wish Foundation for each song. She’s also going for a one-year record: 400 “Star-Spangled Banners.”
