Agreement Is Reached on Los Alamitos Lease

The California Harness Racing Assn. has signed a lease with Los Alamitos Race Course that guarantees the continuation of harness racing in California.
The first meeting at Los Alamitos under the agreement will run from Jan. 22, 1993, through April 24.
Future dates at Los Alamitos and Cal-Expo in Sacramento will be announced at a later date, pending approval of the California Horse Racing Board.
