More Changes: Five weeks after launching a sixth night of original programming, Fox has moved to shore up its weak Tuesday lineup. The quirky 9 p.m. series “Key West” will be replaced as of March 23 by “Tribeca,” an anthology drama set in New York City. Philip Bosco and Joe Morton will have recurring roles, but the stories each week will revolve around guest stars, such as Richard Kiley, Peter Boyle, Betty Buckley and Eileen Brennan. “Key West,” which debuted Jan. 19, has been drawing only about 7% of the audience each week, as has “Class of ‘96,” which precedes it at 8 p.m. But the college drama will continue on the air while “Key West” is put on hiatus.
