Imagine Buyout Completed: Director Ron Howard and partner Brian Grazer formally completed their acquisition of shares of Imagine Films Entertainment they did not already own for $23.5 million, or $9 a share. Howard and Grazer had been the controlling shareholders of Imagine, which produced such films as “Parenthood” and “Far and Away.” The two now own Imagine through a general partnership, Grazer/Howard Productions.
