Radio Reflections: KCRW (89.9 FM) preempts regular programming from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. today for an all-day special of Warren Olney’s “Which Way, L.A.?” The program, called “Then and Now,” reflects on the anniversary of the L.A. riots. Included is an hour of drama and literary performances at 11 a.m., including excerpts from “And It Never Rains,” an original play based on the stories of 30 Angelenos whose lives were changed by the riots.
