Another Group to Bid on Aladdin Hotel: Mark Vidergauz, an executive with Wedbush & Morgan Securities in Los Angeles, said his company represents a Las Vegas businessman who has submitted a proposal to buy the hotel, in hopes of topping a tentative deal reportedly reached by developer Donald Trump for the Strip resort. Vidergauz said the businessman, in partnership with investors outside Nevada, should be able to top Trump’s reported offer of $65 million for the long-troubled resort. The purchase, if consummated, would be Trump’s long-awaited entry into the Las Vegas market.
