* Ted E. Davidson has been appointed president of Robert F. Driver Associates in Newport Beach. He succeeds Thomas W. Corbett, who was appointed chief executive and chairman of the parent company, Robert F. Driver Co. in San Diego, an insurance brokerage. Davidson, who helped establish the division in 1977, was appointed senior vice president in 1989.
