CYPRESS : Registration for Summer Day Camp

Registration is underway for the city’s summer day camp for children.
The day camp, called “Planet Cypress,” is held weekly, beginning June 20 and continuing through Aug. 19.
The camp, for 5- to 12-year-olds, is held at the Cypress Community Center and Oak Knoll Park.
Children participate in games, sports, crafts, drama, cooking, special events and excursions.
Camp hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. No camp is held on July 4.
The fee is $67 per week. Registration, on a first-come, first-served basis, is limited to 70 children per session.
Parents may register their children at the Cypress Community Center, 5700 Orange Ave., Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding June 10.
