Coast Guard Gets New Chief

WASHINGTON — Vice Adm. Robert E. Kramek took office Wednesday as the 20th commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard. Kramek, who was sworn in by Transportation Secretary Federico Pena, succeeds Adm. J. William Kime.
