* Gerald Campbell has joined the board of directors of Boyle Engineering Corp. in Newport Beach. He is the managing engineer of the company’s San Diego office. In addition, Dave Rommelmann has been promoted to regional vice president, with responsibilities for the firm’s operations in Washington; Charlotte, N.C.; Phoenix; and Las Vegas. He was previously a vice president in charge of offices in Washington and Charlotte.
