Infant Teethers Recalled: The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the action on about 9,000 teethers, either pink or blue, that are scented and were sold mainly at Dollar Bill Stores nationwide. The teethers, imported from China and distributed by Remco Toys Co./Azrak International Inc., contain a toxic substance that can irritate children’s eyes, the commission said. No illnesses have been reported. The teethers should be returned to the stores where they were bought for refunds.
