WEST HOLLYWOOD : Woman Hurt, 9 Arrested in Nightclub Melee

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies have arrested nine people on charges of stomping a woman and assaulting two other people during a melee Monday at a popular West Hollywood nightclub.
Four juveniles, four men and a woman were booked on suspicion of assault in connection with the melee at the Whiskey a Go Go on Sunset Strip, according to a sheriff’s official.
According to authorities, the incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m., when the suspects began to push people. One of the men threw a woman down and the others began stomping her.
