Madagascar Quintet to Perform at Library

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO — Tarika, a quintet from Madagascar, will give two concerts Saturday as part of the San Juan Capistrano Multicultural Art Series at the library.
It will be the first time the group performs in Orange County. Its concerts are a blend of traditional music, rhythms and vocal harmonies of various isolated tribes and regions of Madagascar.
The shows will be at 7 and 9 p.m.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children. Seating is limited to the first 175 people, and doors open at 6 p.m.
