New Name: Brian Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Laguna Hills has changed its name. The company will now be known as Hygenics Pharmaceuticals Inc. to better reflect the company’s principal business.
Hygenics Pharmaceuticals develops germ-killing topical agents used in soaps marketed to hospitals and other health-care facilities. It also develops similar products for the consumer market and the food service industry that the company said will help prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
