Blockbuster Entertainment Group said it wants to sell properties in southern Florida that were planned to be part of the Blockbuster Park sports and entertainment complex. . . . Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Inc., a New York-based private investment firm, said it completed the sale of Allison Engine Co., an aircraft engine maker, to Rolls-Royce PLC for $525 million. Allison employs 4,300 people at three facilities in Indianapolis, Ind. . . . Ciba-Geigy Corp. cut its stake in Alza Corp. to 4.8% from 5.8% of the company’s common shares outstanding, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
