William A. Andrews has been appointed interim vice president for instruction at Saddleback College.
Since 1990, Andrews, 48, has worked as Saddleback Community College District’s director of planning, research and development. He is scheduled to start his new job July 1.
The interim position will be for one year, said Kurt Hueg, Saddleback College spokesman.
After that, the college will seek applicants for a permanent post. Andrews will be able to apply as well, Hueg said.
Andrews came to the district after working as director of institutional research and director of learning resources at the El Paso Community College District.
