Fluor Daniel Expands

IRVINE — Fluor Daniel Inc. said Monday an Australian subsidiary has acquired Signet Engineering Group, a privately owned engineering company with expertise in processing gold, diamonds and other minerals.
Terms of the acquisition by Fluor Daniel Pty. Ltd. were not disclosed, but Signet will continue to operate under its own name at its headquarters in Perth, Australia, Fluor Daniel said.
