The golden glove of the Marmonte League did not commit an error in 14 league games. Also batted a team-high .393 with six doubles for league-champion Panthers.

Year: Junior
Position: Infield
Sure-handed left-hander batted .374 with 16 stolen bases, scored a Marmonte League-high 20 runs and 15 RBIs in regular-season play.

JESSICA MENDOZA
School: Camarillo
Year: Sophomore
Position: Infield
Caught for two of the most potent pitchers in the region and did not miss a beat. Mendoza batted .329 with 10 RBIs, three doubles and two triples.

TRACEY MILBURN

Position: Outfield
Frontier League player of the year had a .459 average, 20 RBIs, 27 stolen bases and six home runs.

ELISA MURAN

Year: Senior
Position: Outfield
The teams’s best-hitting outfielder was also the team’s most consistent scorer. Batting in the No. 9 spot, Muran hit .346 and scored 16 runs in regular-season play.

ROBYN REIDA

Year: Senior
Position: Infield
A first-team All-Channel League selection and the Bulldogs’ best player, she led the team with a .388 average and 24 RBIs.

BROOKE RUTSCHMAN
School: Camarillo
Year: Junior
Position: Infield
The Marmonte League’s most potent hitter batted a blistering .500 with six RBIs in league play and was voted the league’s player of the year.

CAROL SALDANA

Position: Outfield
First-team All-Channel League selection made a name for herself with standout fielding.

JENNIFER SHARRON
School: Thousand Oaks
Year: Junior
Position: Pitcher
Workhorse of the region who threw an area-high 204 innings in regular-season play. Struck out 264, walked 17 and finished with a 0.34 ERA and a 18-7 record.

LORI TANDE
School: Simi Valley
Year: Sophomore
Position: Utility
Led the Pioneers to a playoff berth, hit a team-high .312 as the leadoff batter and finished with a 0.66 ERA. Also played shortstop.
