Spotlight: Business Leaders Feel More Optimistic

California business leaders feel increasingly optimistic about the state’s economic recovery, according to the California Business Roundtable, an organization of top California executives. Its survey of about 600 leaders of companies with 25 or more employees found a 25-point drop in negative perceptions of state business conditions over those identified a year ago (66% to 41%). The state’s liability laws were identified by 85% as having the most negative impact on California’s economy.
