Public Hearings Set on Home Development

Residents will have the opportunity at two upcoming meetings to give input on a planned 2,500-home development near Turtle Rock.
The meetings will be held March 27 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. and March 28 from 7 to 9 p.m.
The March 27 meeting will be at the Turtle Rock Community Park community center, 1 Sunnyhill; the March 28 meeting will be at City Hall, 1 Civic Center Drive.
A consultant, the Templeton Planning Group, recently was hired by the city to prepare an environmental impact report on the area in question.
The consultant will give an overview of the project at the meeting, and city staffers will be available for questions.
