‘Very Special Arts’ Fest Set for Music Center

Performances, giant puppets, arts workshops, Japanese kite-building, storytelling and art exhibitions will be featured in the “19th Annual Very Special Arts Festival,” Saturday at the Music Center Plaza, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The free community event celebrates the artistic and creative achievements of Southern California’s physically and mentally challenged children and young adults, and is hosted by Music Center Education Division, the L.A. County Office of Education and the L.A. Unified School District.
