Full House Could Help Good Cause

Beginning Friday, Santa Monica College will host the traveling exhibit “A Game of Chance” to benefit Y-Me, a national breast cancer organization. The exhibit, curated by breast cancer survivor and Chicago artist Hollis Sigler, involves 54 artists, each of whom was invited to interpret a playing card. The “Game of Chance” refers to the nondiscriminatory nature of breast cancer and the unknown risk women face from the disease. Packs of cards sell for $20, or $75 for the signed edition.
