Boys Linked to Plot Tell of Gun Access

Five boys accused of planning a blood bath at their high school in Burlington, Wis., in revenge for being teased said they had access to an unlocked box of guns owned by one their fathers, police said. The boys, all 15 or 16, planned the plot in detail, down to snipping phone lines and taking top administrators hostage, investigators said.
