The City Council tonight will vote on establishing a Board of Building Appeals, which would consist of three registered voters, to hear complaints from residents unhappy with decisions made by building officials. If council members approve the plan, they would adopt an ordinance establishing the board at their Dec. 14 meeting. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 3191 Katella Ave. Information: (562) 431-3538.
