Judging for the city’s holiday lights decorating contest will take place today and Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Entries will be judged on originality, color, lighting, display and curb appeal. Winners will receive up to $150 in gift certificates. The public can view these homes in the evening from Monday to Jan. 1. Information: (949) 362-4300.
