Harvard-Westlake 75, North Hollywood 41--The Wolverines scored the first 12 points and coasted at Harvard-Westlake.
L’Tanya Robnett scored 18 of her 26 points in the first half and Brooke Porter had 11 of her 18 in the first two quarters for Harvard-Westlake (1-1), defending Southern Section Division III-A champion.
Monroe 70, Cleveland 56--Maral Karaccusian scored seven of her 10 points in overtime and the Vikings won at Monroe.
Shakaria Jones had 18 points, seven assists and seven steals for Monroe (5-1), which scored 16 in overtime.
Rasheeda Gray had 15 points, four steals and four blocks for Monroe.
Freshman Christina Madden of Cleveland (2-3), who had 14 points, sank a free throw with five seconds remaining to force overtime.
Chatsworth 46, Calabasas 37--Liz Sun collected nine points, 16 rebounds and 11 steals for the Chancellors in a nonleague victory at Chatsworth.
Alice Elias scored 10 of her 12 points in the first half for Chatsworth (2-2).
Notre Dame 59, Santa Paula 48--Sierra Hauser-Price scored 17 of her 31 points in the fourth quarter and the Knights (4-0) won a first-round game in the Valencia tournament.
Reseda 65, Poly 26--Andrea Bermas scored 17 points, Kristin Armendariz had 16 and the Regents (2-0) won at Reseda.
Marshall 46, Granada Hills 43--Sirushi Demirchyan scored 20 points to help the Barristers (3-2) win a nonleague game at Granada Hills.
Kelly Patterson collected 11 points and 18 rebounds for Granada Hills (3-3).
Taft 58, Franklin 42--Schquay Brignac had 14 points and 10 assists for the Toreadors in a victory at Franklin.
Oreeille Revish scored 13 points for Taft (4-1).
Simi Valley 60, Oak Park 49--Elise Metcalf scored 16 points and made all seven of her shots in the first half for the Pioneers in a victory at Oak Park.
Metcalf left at halftime to attend the volleyball banquet with the Pioneers ahead, 34-23.
Teresa Cooper scored 16 of her 24 points in the second half for Simi Valley (2-1).
BOYS’ BASKETBALL
Reseda 64, Poly 62--Scott Parisen sank a 15-foot baseline shot with one second left to give the Regents a victory at Poly.
Guard Bobby Mitchell had his third 29-point game for Reseda (2-3).
Poly (1-5) tied the game on a free throw by Victor Chacon with seven seconds left.
Cleveland 88, Monroe 60--The Cavaliers made 75% (39 of 52) of their shots in winning at Cleveland.
Quenton Harvey scored 22 points for Cleveland (5-2) and guards David Franklin and Anthony Davis each had 20.
El Camino Real 91, Van Nuys 43--Justin Saad-Anthony had 43 points and 20 rebounds for the Conquistadores (2-3) in a victory at El Camino Real.
Notre Dame 59, Blair 47--Guard Cody Pearson made 14 of 20 shots and scored 30 points with 10 rebounds, three steals and two blocked shots for the Knights in a second-round victory at the Montclair Prep tournament.
Michael Luderer had 16 points and nine rebounds for the Knights (3-0).
Channel Islands 76, Calabasas 52--Manny Berrelleza scored 17 points for the Raiders (3-2) in the Thousand Oaks tournament.
Buena 58, Murphy 42--Bobby Meyer had eight of his 18 points in the second quarter and the Bulldogs (2-3) won in the first round of the Beverly Hills tournament.
Burbank 61, Hoover 51--Eddie Nazarian made five three-pointers and scored 31 points to help the Bulldogs (3-2) win at Burbank.
Hueneme 63, Santa Paula 59--Franklin Thompson had 24 points and 20 rebounds for the Vikings (3-2) at Hueneme.
Camarillo 84, Royal 50--Ryan McCormick scored 27 points in a victory at Camarillo.
Ian Caldwell scored 20 points for the Scorpions (3-2).
