The City Council will hold a study workshop tonight to discuss the city’s proposed operating budget, revenue projections and an eight-year financial plan. Among the projects to be discussed is the community center, expected to be completed by March 2000. The council meets at 7 p.m. at 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150.
